Exhibitions
ICRR 2011 will offer commercial exhibition space at the congress venue. The congress bureau will be responsible for organizing and managing exhibitions during the Congress and will offer:
- Documentation and floor plans with the exhibition space (net – for booths, and gross – including alleys, catering areas etc.)
- Exhibition prospects
- Promotion
- Contracts and contacts with exhibitors
- Invoicing
- Mounting and dismounting the stands
- Supervision
A standard booth will include: 3 x 2m with 1 counter, table, 2 chairs, lighting point, carpet
