logo. Details will be confirmed with the organizers.

Sending invitation letter to the participants requiring visa
Sending confirmation letters and corresponding with participants
Invoicing. Responsible for the service is Mazurkas Travel. Invoices for
registration fee are free of VAT tax according to the agreement between PCO
and organizers.
Sending invoices before conference by mail or printing it on spot.
Reporting to the organizers. Reports such as lists of participants and payments
status will be sent in electronic format monthly, and six weeks before conference
weekly.
Method of payment
We offer secure on-line payment service. Participants will have a possibility to register
and pay by the credit card on-line.
Payments can be also be accepted by the bank transfer or by credit card. Special
number of POS (terminal) will be given for fee charging by credit cards. Credit cards can
be charged on line or by mail order. All major credit cards (VISA , American Express,
Eurocard/Mastercard will be accepted.
Abstract registration
Participants can submit their abstract electronically through the Mazurex Abstract
System. The authors' data, the text of the abstract and other information like: topics,
type of presentation, authors, keywords are stored on PCO database. Reviewers may also
review the abstracts on-line and a virtual book of abstract will be included in the
congress website.
